What are your services?
CULLING
Take the stress out of sorting your wedding gallery by letting us carefully cull your images down to your best shots. Just tell us how many you want to keep, and we’ll deliver a refined selection ready for editing.
EDITING
We will seamlessly edit your culled images to match your ideal style, refining every detail for a polished final gallery. Whether it’s a full-day wedding, elopement, or engagement, we’re here to help you create amazing, ready-to-share images.
What files should I send to you for one wedding catalogue?
A ZIP folder of your Smart Previews and Lightroom Catalogue file.
I have no idea how to render the Smart Previews in Lightroom Classic. What is the procedure?
I’m ready to send my first catalogue. What should I do next?
You can email us the catalogue link uploaded to Dropbox or Google Drive. We will review it, and if there are no errors, it will be added to our editing lineup. You will be contacted with the turnaround time.
What are your turnaround times?
Culling only

Can you match my editing style?
Yes, definitely. Before starting the work, we will be requesting a short editing style guide to ensure the quality and style are matched and consistent.
Do you edit B&W images too?
Yes, upon request. We offer black-and-white image conversion for an additional fee of $0.05 per image. This includes creating virtual copies or simply converting and applying minimal edits, depending on your preference.
What if I don’t have a short editing style guide at the moment?
No worries! We can review your wedding photography portfolio or website to understand your style. You are also welcome to send reference wedding galleries. Once we’ve reviewed your work, we will ensure the edits match your style and maintain consistency throughout the gallery.
Do you integrate AI editing assistance?
Yes, we use a combination of human expertise and AI-assisted tools through Aftershoot. Our experienced editor carefully reviews your editing preferences and ensures they align with your anchor images. This approach allows us to save time while consistently preserving your unique editing style.
What are the program/s does your editor use?
We are currently using Adobe Lightroom Classic (version 14.4) for culling and editing and Aftershoot for the AI-assisted tool.
Can I request an Aftershoot profile to be built?
Yes, you can! To create an accurate Aftershoot profile, we require between 2,500 to 5,000 edited images in a consistent style. Ideally, this means providing around five full wedding galleries, with at least 500 images each, all edited in the same style. Once received, we will build your personalized profile to match your editing preferences.
How long does it take to create an Aftershoot profile?
Profile creation usually takes at least one day. Including time to download and carefully review your catalogue, the full process can take up to three days. This step is essential, as it establishes the foundation for editing your first gallery and ensures consistency with your preferred style.
How will I know when the catalogue is completed?
We will directly email you the catalogue link. This link will also be uploaded via Google Drive or Dropbox, which automatically grants you access.
