Fulfilment Policy

1. Refund Policy (Workflows Only):

  • Our store is committed to ensuring satisfaction for all our digital products. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@weddingworkflows.com with your order details.

2. Delivery Policy:

  • Upon successful purchase, the digital product will be delivered to the customer within 5 business days. The delivery will be either made through a secure download link sent to the customer’s email address provided at the time of purchase or installed directly into your account, depending on the product. Customers are advised to check their spam or junk folders if the delivery email is not found in their inbox.

3. Return Policy:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns. Once the product is delivered, it is considered final. We encourage customers to review the product description and system requirements thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.

4. Cancellation Policy (Virtual Assistant Service):

  • Initial Term: The Agreement for our Virtual Assistant service continues for the Initial Term of one month as stipulated in the contract unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Renewal and Subsequent Terms: Following the expiry of the Initial Term, the Agreement will automatically renew for subsequent periods equal to the length of the Initial Term (each termed a Subsequent Term). This renewal ensures uninterrupted service.
  • Cancellation Notice: To prevent automatic renewal, the Client must notify the Company in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or any Subsequent Term of the Client’s intention to allow the Agreement to expire. Failure to provide this notice will result in the automatic renewal of the service for a Subsequent Term.
